According to a report by Sarawak Public Communications Unit (Ukas), the office will provide the latest information on the status of projects by developer Sentoria Borneo Land Sdn Bhd (SBLSB) at the site.
In addition, it also aims to address the problems faced by homebuyers involved.
The office is open from 8am to 1pm, from Oct 11 to Dec 31.
The exact address is Sublot 83, Lorong Ceria 2D Borneo Samariang Garden, Jalan Sultan Tengah, 93050, Kuching.
