KUCHING, March 22: There will be a temporary road closure at the Rembus roundabout at Kota Samarahan from March 23 to April 15.
According to a notice issued by Sarawak Metro, the 23-day closure is to make way for culvert replacement works and the construction of an Autonomous Rapid Transit (ART) route, which will commence round-the-clock every day.
“Road users are advised to be cautious when navigating the area and to adhere to the traffic management signs and speed limits set to ensure their safety and the workers’.
“Alternative routes have been provided, and road users are advised to plan their journeys accordingly.
“Sarawak Metro will make an announcement should there be any changes to the notice,” it said.
