MIRI, July 14: Firefighters rescued three men trapped in their rented room trying to extinguish a fire on the first floor of a building at Jalan Cina here early this morning.
According to the Miri Fire and Rescue Department (Bomba)’s statement, they received a distress call regarding the incident at 2.16am.
Firefighters used ladders to rescue the victims who were stranded and trapped inside the room.

They managed to extinguish the fire, which damaged part of the room.
