“So far, we have spent approximately RM8 million. This effort will continue to be monitored from time to time to ensure that school safety issues are comprehensively addressed.

“I would also like to take this opportunity to remind all parties, including parents, Parent-Teacher Associations (PIBG), Parent-Teacher-Community Associations (PIBKS), and schools, that we must work together in safeguarding our children,” she said during a press conference after visiting Sekolah Kebangsaan (SK) Limpaku Pinang today.

Fadhlina added that RM272,875 had been channelled to the school for quarters maintenance, preschool upgrades, and improvements to its water tank system to ensure a more comfortable and conducive environment for both teachers and students.

To further support digital learning, the school also received a smartboard from the Yayasan Guru Tun Hussein Onn and 20 tablets from the Yayasan Didik Negara.

“In strengthening the implementation of digital initiatives at this school, RM10,000 has also been allocated under the Digital Education Policy Professional Support Programme.

“This allocation is aimed at enhancing teachers’ competencies in integrating technology, while ensuring the effectiveness of digital learning in classrooms. In addition, 33 sets of schooling assistance were also contributed to students,” she said. — DayakDaily
