KUCHING, Jan 2: New standard operating procedures (SOPs) for Phase 4 of the National Recovery Plan (NRP) in Sarawak, will be updated and uploaded into Ministry of Local Government and Housing website on Jan 4 (Tuesday).
Sarawak Disaster Management Committee (SDMC) in a statement today said this is following Sarawak’s transition into Phase 4 of the NRP which was effective Jan 3 (Monday).
The committee also advised Sarawakians to continue following the SOPs even though Sarawak will be more relaxed under Phase 4 of the NRP.
On Dec 31, 2021, Senior Defense Minister Datu Seri Hishammuddin Hussein in a press statement announced that the Federal government has agreed for Sarawak and Kelantan to move to NRP Phase 4 following the current risk assessment conducted by the Ministry of Health (MOH) and National Security Council (NSC). – DayakDaily
