KUCHING, July 24: A gas leak has been detected along the Northern Coastal Highway at Kampung Dato in Lawas on Thursday (July 23).
In a report from the Fire and Rescue Department (Bomba), a call was received at 5pm, and firefighters from the Lawas station were deployed.

Upon arrival, firefighters established safety barriers approximately 40 metres from the leak and advised the contractor to cease all activities in the vicinity of the gas leak as a safety precaution.
