KUCHING, Apr 17: The Fire and Rescue Department (Bomba) together with Kuching North City Commission (DBKU) and Kuching South City Council (MBKS) disinfected more public places on Friday, including places of worship.
The operation which started at 9 am saw most of the Bomba and council members teams tasked to disinfect different locations.
According to the Bomba, they had disinfected the two churches located at Jalan Tun Abang Haji Openg, as well as Bintawa Chinese Church and Masjid Darus Sakinah, Kpg Sinarbudi Baru.
ICom Square also underwent disinfection by Bomba together with the MBKS members in the afternoon.
Meanwhile, Bomba Bintulu had sanitized the public places of Sungai Plan area and Bintulu Agri Fertilizer (ABF) factory on the same day.
Bomba Sarikei had also sanitized Besa Baji Library, Sarikei on Friday afternoon while Bomba Bintangor disinfected markets located at Bintangor, Julau and Pakan. —DayakDaily
