SIBU, Jan 18: Sacred Heart School Old Students’ Association (SHOSA) will host its 121st anniversary annual reunion dinner on April 1.
SHOSA president Penghulu Yong King Sung said the reunion will be held at Kingwood Hotel here.
“We are looking forward to welcoming home all former students and teachers. This year, we are marking our alma mater’s 121st anniversary.
“We typically hold our school’s reunion in April, but last year, due largely to it being our 120th anniversary, and also the uncertainties of borders reopening, it was held on Nov 5,” he said in a statement today.
For the 2023 reunion, Yong said SHOSA would continue to reach out to their counterparts from St Elizabeth School Old Students’ Association (SEOSA) to jointly host the event, which is expected to draw around 800 to 1,000 participants.
Former students of both schools are urged to contact their respective alumni associations for more details. — DayakDaily
