KUCHING, Aug 16: Parti Bangsa Dayak Sarawak Baru (PBDSB) Southern Team will be organising a fundraising dinner on Sept 27 at Telang Usan Hotel here.
Its deputy president Andrew Puro said that the objective of the fundraising was to help the party run various activities covering Sematan to Sri Aman.
“During the dinner, we will also have the opportunity to explain PBDSB vision and mission in the Sarawak’s political arena,” he told reporters at a press conference today.
Other highlights of the dinner include launching of the Heart of Borneo (HOB) Fund, which is an initiative to help the party and its potential candidates in areas which PBDSB is eyeing, as well as a PBDSB Townhall session featuring a question and answer segment.
“Parti Solidariti Tanah Airku Rakyat Sabah (STAR) president, who is also Sabah Bingkor assemblyman, Datuk Dr Jeffery Katingan is expected to attend the dinner, apart from party members and supreme council members,” he said.
Ticket for the fundraising dinner is priced at RM50 per person and it is on sale now until Sept 7.
