KUCHING, Oct 16: The construction of the new school building for Sekolah Kebangsaan (SK) Orang Kaya Mohamad costing RM42.7 million is expected to be completed in Feb 2023.

According to a report from Sarawak Public Communication Unit (Ukas) today, Minister in the Chief Minister’s Department (Integrity and Ombudsman) Datuk Talib Zulpilip said the school’s old location which is at the center of Bintulu town, is not a suitable environment for the students, especially during peak hours.

“The project, which will be implemented on a three-acre site starts in Feb this year and is expected to be complete in Feb 2023.
