Industrial PPV ‘dry run’ in Bintulu to ensure volunteers understand their roles

KUCHING, June 12: Volunteers assigned to the Covid-19 vaccination Center (PPV) in Press Metal Industry in Bintulu underwent a ‘dry run’ to prepare them for the real-time situation during the vaccination process.

According to a news report from Sarawak Public Communication Unit (Ukas) today, Bintulu District Disaster Management Committee (Bintulu DDMC) chairman Jack Aman Luat said this is important in order to ensure every volunteer knows their roles and duties, which would help to expedite the vaccination process.

“In today’s ‘dry run’, we brought the Press Metal personnel to undergone their practical at the PVV to ensure the process at the Press Metal PPV which will begin operation soon, will goes smoothly,” he said when met after witnessing the ‘dry run’ conducted at the PPV in Dinner World, Bintulu, on Friday.

On the same note, commenting on the traffic congestion in Bintulu, Jack Aman said that it was due to the detailed inspection from the authority.

“This is because the Royal Malaysian Police (PDRM) are conducting strict inspections during the roadblock,” he added.
