Chinese national fined for giving customer a ‘hand job’

KUCHING, April 11: A Chinese national was fined RM4,000 in default four months’ jail after she pleaded guilty in the Magistrate’s Court here yesterday to giving a ‘hand job’ to her customer on Dec 27 last year.

Her customer was actually a police officer, who was instructed to be a provocateur.

Chen YuQin, who was represented by Lim Lian Kee, was charged under Section 372B of the Penal Code, which carries imprisonment not exceeding one year, a fine of both.

She was alleged to have provided a ‘hand job’ service to the provocateur at a reflexology centre located in Batu Kawah New Township, and had received RM100 as payment for the service.

Prosecuting officer Muzaffar Shah Ibrahim prosecuted. — DayakDaily
