KUCHING, Jan 21: Malaysian Meteorological Department (MetMalaysia) has provided an update on the weather conditions in Sarawak, stating that there has been an improvement and no prolonged rainfall is anticipated in the area.
According to a notice issued today at 1.30pm by MetMalaysia, the update is based on weather model analysis and affects not only Sarawak, but also Pahang and Johor.
“The Continuous Rain Warning (Alert) issued at 12 noon, Jan 20, 2024 for the areas concerned is hereby terminated,” the notice said.
