KUCHING, Sept 11: The two-way four-lane road on the Pan Borneo Highway in the Sri Aman Division, Jalan Kuching-Sri Aman (Sg Klauh Bridge to Kampung Panggil) has opened today.
Road users can refer to the route change outlined in the attachment, according to a notice issued today by the Sarawak Public Works Department (JKR).
“Road users are urged to exercise caution during the opening period.
“Road users are also asked to follow all traffic management for safety, especially when the road has been converted to four two-way lanes and construction work is underway. Please use the P-Turn provided in a safe and secure manner,” it said.
Furthermore, the contractor will notify road users if there is a change in the date or area involved with the opening of the road, and road users are advised to plan their journey in the affected areas.
