Suspect arrested over MJC Batu Kawah office break-in

KUCHING, June 14: A 24-year-old man was arrested this morning on suspicion of breaking into an office at MJC Batu Kawah and stealing.

A Crime Investigation Department (CID) Padawan police team arrested him at around 10.40am.


According to the police report, the man is suspected of breaking into the office by forcefully opening the back entrance on April 7, 2020. Three air conditioner units, one router and one desktop computer were reported stolen.

The suspect has police records of two previous criminal offences. He was later sent to the Siburan police station and will be remanded for further investigation. — DayakDaily
