KUCHING, June 19: Sarawak Water’s customer service counter at its headquarters will be relocated to the Service Sarawak Centre Kuching at UTC Kuching, effective July 1.
In a Facebook post on Thursday (June 18), the utility provider explained that the relocation is part of efforts to enhance and streamline service delivery to customers through a more integrated, accessible, and user-friendly service centre.
“Following the relocation, customers may continue to access a range of Sarawak Water services at the Service Sarawak Kuching Centre, including enquiries, complaints, account checks, bill payments, and other water supply-related services.
“Sarawak Water remains committed to strengthening the quality of its service delivery and ensuring that customer transactions can be carried out more efficiently, systematically, and comfortably,” it said.
The operating hours for these services will follow the official operating hours of the Service Sarawak Kuching Centre. — DayakDaily
