KUCHING, Sept 1: Sarawak Water has unveiled its call centre which has begun operating today.
According to a Facebook post, the call centre aims to provide customers with one centralised number for easier access to assistance and support.

“Whether during office hours, after office hours, on weekends or public holidays, our team is here to assist you,” said the utility provider.
The Sarawak Water Call Centre will be available 24 hours a day and seven days a week and can be reached at 1-300-88-2020. — DayakDaily
