SBC Biodiversity Day 2022

KUCHING, May 14: Sarawak Biodiversity Centre (SBC) returns with its annual Biodiversity Day program of science-based activities and a showcase of Sarawak’s discoveries and scientific breakthrough innovations inspired by the Bornean Rainforest.

SBD in a statement today said in line with United Nations’ proclamation of its annual International Day for Biological Diversity (IBD) which is observed every May 22 around the World, SBC’s Biodiversity Day aims to increase awareness and inspire greater appreciation among Sarawakians and visitors on man’s dependence on nature and its resources for survival and continued progress.

“The programme will be held on May 21 with the theme ‘Building a shared future for all’ aimed at providing an array of activities for all sectors of society.
