KUCHING, Oct 30 : A 33-year-old man succumbed to his injuries after the car he was travelling in crashed into an electrical pole then fell off a cliff at KM42, Kuching/Serian Road early this morning.
According to the State Police Traffic Investigation and Enforcement Chief Supt Alexson Naga Chabu, the accident happened around 1am when the car was travelling from Kuching towards Serian.

The victim who was a passenger was sent to Serian Hospital but was pronounced dead by a medical officer. The driver of the car, a 20-year-old woman. escaped with minor injuries.
The case is being investigated under Sec 41(1) of the Road Transport Act 1987. — DayakDaily
