KUCHING, June 27: Registration for the Sarawak Energy Isthmus Run 2024, set to take place on Aug 11, will close on June 30.
Sarawak Energy announced in a press statement today that interested runners can register at www.gritevent.com/sebrun2024.

It also reminded runners that flag-offs for the run will be at 4.30am for the 21KM Half Marathon, 6am for the 10KM Run and 6.45am for the 5KM Run.
This year’s event, held at The Isthmus, Kuching, aims to foster a greater sense of community and will be part of the Kuching City Day celebrations.
Runners and supporters can look forward to various engaging side events in addition to the run itself.
Now in its 9th edition since its inception in 2013, the Isthmus Run will include a lively carnival with activities for everyone, such as energetic Zumba sessions every 30 minutes before each flag-off.
Other highlights include a showcase of sustainable technology and green transportation with hydrogen and electric vehicles featured at the event.
Additionally, food trucks offering refreshments will be available, and lucky runners will have the chance to win prizes worth up to RM10,000 in a lucky draw.
Sarawak Energy will donate the proceeds from all registrations to selected charitable bodies, supporting their ongoing good deeds. – DayakDaily
