Norwegian Ambassador calls on Abang Johari to explore business opportunities in Sarawak

KUCHING, Jan 5: The Norwegian Ambassador in Malaysia has paid a courtesy call to Sarawak Premier Datuk Patinggi Abang Johari Tun Openg to explore bilateral business opportunities between Sarawak and Norway.

The meeting took place on Wednesday (Jan 4) where the Norwegian Ambassador in Malaysia, Morten Paulsen called on Abang Johari at the Premier’s Office at Wisma Bapa Malaysia, Petra Jaya.

According to the Sarawak Public Communication Unit (Ukas), apart from introducing himself to Abang Johari, His excellency also took the opportunity to discuss business collaborations in various areas between Sarawak and Norway.

Also present were the deputy Head of Mission of the Royal Norwegian Embassy Tom Jorgen Martinussen, Scatec Solar general manager Arnfinn Ingar Unum, Business Development manager Det Norse Veritas, and other officials. — DayakDaily
