KUCHING, Aug 1: Norleha Shariff is the new Resident of Kuching Division effective today.
According to the Sarawak Public Communications Unit (Ukas), Fathi Hambali handed over his duties to Norleha during a ceremony today.
Fathi will be transferred to the Administrative Unit of the Premier’s Department.
