KUCHING, July 21: Works Minister Datuk Seri Alexander Nanta Linggi has called on officers and staff under the Works Ministry (KKR) to strengthen collaboration and avoid working in silos to ensure better service delivery for the people.
In a Facebook post following the Strategic Collaboration Programme 2026 for the Works sector, he said the programme had provided a valuable platform for participants to share experiences, exchange views and learn from one another.
“No one is Superman. Our strength lies in teamwork, collaboration and the willingness to help one another,” he said.
Nanta urged the ministry’s workforce to identify weaknesses, improve service delivery and enhance technical capabilities adding that close coordination is essential to finding solutions rather than creating more obstacles.
He also encouraged the adoption of a work culture centred on the principle of “facilitate, not strangulate”, saying stronger collaboration would help deliver better infrastructure projects for the benefit of the public. — DayakDaily
