KUCHING, Oct 8: Mohd Khairul and Felliciti Edang were respectively crowned Mister and Miss Native Borneo (MNB) Sarawak Edition 2023.
According to a news report from Sarawak Public Communications Unit (Ukas) today, the titles allowed both winners to represent Sarawak for the finals of the competition in Kota Kinabalu, Sabah on Dec 1.
The main objective of the competition is to showcases the traditions that exist in Borneo at the international level while at the same time preserving and promoting local culture in the eyes of the world.
Meanwhile, the second and third places for Mister Native Borneo goes to Nicholas Stindin Tikok and Gabriel Elser Cillie respectively, while Claudia Mai was the runner-up and Adline Teo in third place in the Miss Native Borneo category.
