SIBU, March 10: Today is the last day for Sibu residents hoping to be included in the first batch of Covid-19 vaccination recipients to submit forms to the Sibu District Office.
Sibu Municipal Council (SMC) chairman Clarence Ting reminded those who prefer to register through form submission to either send soft copies via email or submit hard copy forms by today. The vaccination exercise is scheduled for early April.
“Today is the last day for form submission for the first batch of vaccinations in early April. So if you have family members who do not have MySejahtera, please complete the form and take a clear photo, send it by email to the district office by today.
“Forms submitted from tomorrow will be for later batches,” said Ting via his social media page today.
Ting who revealed he had checked with the district office this morning, said as of today, the said office has received 3,831 form submissions which were delivered to the office in person while there are 210 Sibu residents who submitted via email.
Those intend to submit via email may send their submissions to morlinam@sarawak.gov.my.
Due to limited vaccine doses, the district office will prioritise submissions from Sibu residents according to age and comorbidity, said Ting. — DayakDaily
