Hilton Kuching is inviting guests to celebrate the arrival of the Year of the Boar with family and friends with a line-up of auspicious dishes from Toh Yuen Restaurant.
The Chinese New Year Eve Reunion Dinner on Feb 4 starts from 6.30pm to 10.30pm.
The hotel wants to bring guests on a gastronomical journey like no other with its very own version of authentic and mouth-watering Chinese cuisine.
Feast on various not-to-be-missed dishes at Toh Yuen such as its signature butter prawns, crispy roasted duck pancake, yin and yang rock lobster, and the ever quintessential dish the Yee Sang platter that will be tossed to usher in a brand new year filled with prosperity, good health, wealth, success and luck.
According to a media release, Toh Yuen offers two eight-course menus: the Joy & Prosperity set priced at RM1,288 nett per table of 10 persons and the Luck & Prosperity set priced at RM2,888 nett per table of 10 persons.
The restaurant also offers a range of Yee Sang specials:
— Prosperity Yee Sang with Salmon priced at RM108 nett (Regular for 2-5 persons); RM 178 nett (Large for 6-10 persons).
— Twin Happiness Yee Sang with Salmon and Maguro Akami priced at RM128 nett (Regular for 2-5 persons); RM178 nett (Large for 6-10 persons).
— Fu Lok Sau Yee Sang with Salmon, Maguro Akami and Shiro Maguro priced at RM148 nett (Regular for 2-5 persons); RM198 nett (Large for 6-10 persons).
Guests can also opt for the Chinese New Year Eve Buffet Dinner at Waterfront Café on Feb 4 from 6.30pm–10.30pm priced at RM128 nett per person.
