KUCHING, Sept 2: The Public Road Department (JKR) Sarawak has announced a temporarily road closure involving Jalan Datuk Tawi Sli towards Boulevard Shopping Mall starting on Sept 9 until Sept 22.
According to JKR Sarawak in a statement today, the temporary road closure will start from 8pm until 5am, for 14 days, to give way for maintenance works.
“The road will be open as soon as possible if the maintenance works can be completed earlier than scheduled to facilitate traffic movement,” it said.
The department advised road users to plan their travel routes from time to time during the closure, follow the signage provided, and cooperate with the traffic controller officer in the area.
