SIBU, Dec 19: A council contractor experienced the shock of his life when he stumbled upon a human skull while clearing a drain in Jalan Bukit Assek.
Sibu district police chief ACP Zulkipli Suhaili said the man was conducting the clearing work at 8.30am today when he found the skull.
“The police have been informed of the finding at 1.30pm. A police team went to the scene to retrieve the skull from the drain after that,” he added.
The case has been classified as sudden death, and the police are investigating. — DayakDaily
