Digi relaunches its DSE outlet at Bintang Megamall

MIRI, Dec 8: Digi Telecommunications Sdn Bhd has relaunched its existing Digi Store Express (DSE) outlet at Bintang Megamall here, yesterday.

DSE is set to deliver seamless retail experience for customers through its open retail concept, making it more accessible to customers especially Sarawakians to enjoy the best internet and digital services from Digi.

“Walk-in customers will enjoy the same level of service quality and treatment from any Digi outlet. On top of that, customers have a hands-on experience on the latest devices on display, and the chance to check out a wider range of products and accessories.

“Moreover, the DSE also offer services such as postpaid bill payments, SIM card replacements, Mobile Number Portability (MNP) services, phone bundling packages and many more,” Digi said in a statement.

Bruce Chai, the director of Leader Company, the DSE’s new management, extended his gratitude to Digi and the management of the mall for such an opportunity, trust and cooperation given to the company.

Present to grace the launching were Digi Sarawak Region Head of Retail Sales, Anita Chua Sheve Ping, Leader’s company representative Alice Tho Kien Ling and Bintang Megamall (Admin & Leasing) manager Chin Soo Lin.

The store, located at the ground floor on the east court of the mall, opens from 10am to 10 pm daily, including weekends and public holidays. — DayakDaily
