SIBU, Sept 8: Police recovered a decomposed body floating in the Batang Rajang near Nan Chong Ferry Jetty near Paradom here.

Members of the public called the Sibu District Police Command Centre around 9.20am today, after sighting the body floating in the water.

Sibu Police Chief ACP Stanley Jonathan Ringgit told reporters that his men from the Lanang Police Station and the Sibu Marine Police were despatched to the scene, and found a badly decomposed body floating face down.
