KUCHING, March 14: Sarawak recorded 34 new Covid-19 Person-Under-Investigation (PUI) cases today.
The State Disaster Management Committee, in a statement, disclosed that 20 PUI cases were recorded at Sarawak General Hospital (SGH) and one each at Mukah and Bintulu hospitals.
“With theses (cases), since Jan 10, 2020, until today, Sarawak have a total of 372 cases, of which nine had been declared positive,” the statement said.
It was also noted that another 260 cases involving Covid-19 came out negative and another 103 cases still pending laboratory test result.
The committee urged anyone showing symptoms related to Covid-19 to contact the nearest government hospital or health department. — DayakDaily
