KUCHING, Mar 13: A man reported missing on Thursday was found two kilometres away from the man’s fishing boat at Sungai Nyabut, Jalan Telaga Air on Friday afternoon.
Search and Rescue (SAR) and K9 teams were deployed in the search for the missing victim which began at 8.30am today.
The victim’s body, was found floating two kilometres away from the fishing boat where he was last seen.
After confirming the deceased’s identity, the body was handed over to the police and the search and rescue operation ended at 2.12pm. —DayakDaily
