KUCHING, March 11: Beihai Asia International Arbitration Center (BAIAC) will be hosting a virtual webinar event titled “BAIAC Young Practitioners: How to Select an Arbitrator?” on March 14.
BAIAC, in a statement today, said the webinar will start from 6pm to 7pm (Singapore, GMT+08:00) or from 10am to 11am GMT Time (Dublin, Edinburgh, Lisbon, London, GMT).
The event aims to provide valuable insights into arbitrator selection and help parties and their advisors navigate this crucial decision-making process.
It will feature practitioners namely Godwin Tan, Julie Raneda as well as BAIAC founding president Professor Steve Ngo, and moderated by BAIAC committee Charles Ho Wang Mak.
