KUCHING, Feb 29: Three police reports have been lodged against Zool Amali Hussin, also known as ‘Bozz Jebat’, for allegedly making disrespectful remarks about Premier Datuk Patinggi Tan Sri Abang Johari Tun Openg.
Sarawak Police Commissioner Datuk Mancha Ata in a statement today confirmed that as of 11pm, police have received two reports at the Santubong police station and one report in the Gita police station.
“The case is being investigated under Section 4(1) of the Sedition Act 1948 and Section 233 of the Communications and Multimedia Act 1998,” he said.
Earlier today, Parti Pesaka Bumiputera Bersatu (PBB) information chief Dato Idris Buang called on the police to conduct an investigation of a video by ‘Bozz Jebat’ allegedly insulting Abang Johari. — DayakDaily
