10 districts in Sarawak issued thunderstorm warnings until 4pm (Nov 10)

KUCHING, Nov 10: Thunderstorm warnings have been issued for ten districts in Sarawak until 4pm today.

The Malaysian Meteorological Department (MetMalaysia), in a Facebook post at 1.15pm, said that the affected areas are:

• Sri Aman
• Kapit
• Song
• Bintulu
• Sebauh
• Miri
• Subis
• Beluru
• Marudi
• Limbang

The department said that a thunderstorm warning is issued when there are signs of a thunderstorm with a rain intensity of more than 20 mm/hour close to or expected to last for more than an hour. — DayakDaily
