BINTULU, April 2: The body of a 45-year-old local woman was discovered on Monday evening, lying on the ground after allegedly falling from the fourth floor of a shopping complex in Bintulu.
According to Bintulu OCPD Supt Nixon Joshua Ali, the woman’s body was found motionless on the road, with her face up around 6.30pm, by members of the public.
“It is believed that the victim had reportedly fallen from the fourth-floor rooftop parking of a building,” he stated.
Preliminary investigations into the victim’s death at the scene revealed no evidence of criminal activity involved.
The body has been conveyed to the Bintulu Hospital morgue for further action.
The case has been classified as a sudden death. — DayakDaily
