MIRI, Aug 27: A 28-year-old woman suffered injuries to her face after the vehicle that she was driving collided with a four-wheel-drive (4WD) vehicle this morning along the Miri-Pujut road.
A Miri Civil Defence Force (APM) spokesperson said four of its personnel were deployed to the scene after they were alerted about the incident at 11.18am.
He said, upon their arrival at the accident scene, the victim was found sitting in the driver’s seat of a Perodua Bezza.

It was believed that the victim was heading towards Taman Awam from the city centre when the collision happened.
The victim was given first aid before she was sent to Miri Hospital, while the driver of the 4WD vehicle was unhurt. — DayakDaily
