Vile crooks robbed instead of helping crash victim

MIRI, Aug 9: Two men on a motorcycle allegedly crashed into another bike that threw the rider off, but instead of helping him they robbed him of RM1,500.

The victim, in his 20s, was said to have sustained injuries on his legs in the incident that took place at about 3am today at Taman Tunku traffic intersection here.


A police report has been lodged later in the morning.

However, no arrest has been made so far as police are still investigating.

According to the brief report, one of the suspects had after the crash approached the victim and threatened him with a knife while demanding him to surrender his belongings and cash.

Worried for his safety, the victim handed over his sling bag.

Both the suspects then fled off the scene.— DayakDaily
