KUCHING, Jan 2: The body of a man was found at Kampung Selang Laut in Telaga Air at 9.30pm on Jan 1.
In a press release, Padawan district police chief Supt Abang Zainal Abidin Abang Ahmad said an initial investigation revealed that the deceased was found in a bush area lying on his back and was believed to have died approximately two days ago.
“No documents were found on him, and his identity is unknown. The remains have been brought to Sarawak General Hospital (SGH) for a post-mortem, and the case has been classified as a sudden death report (SDR),” he said.
