KUCHING, Nov 1: A thunderstorm warning has been issued for Sarawak by the Malaysian Meteorological Department (MetMalaysia).
Thunderstorms and heavy rain are expected, to affect Kuching, Serian (Serian), Samarahan, Sri Aman (Sri Aman), Betong, Sarikei (Pakan, Sarikei and Meradong) Sibu (Sibu and Selangau) according to an advisory notice which is valid until 8pm today.
A thunderstorm warning is issued when there are signs of a thunderstorm with a rain intensity of more than 20 mm/hour that is close or expected to last for more than an hour. — DayakDaily
