KUCHING, May 3: There will be a temporary one-lane road closure of the Kuching-Samarahan Expressway (ILP roundabout to Pusat Jantung roundabout) from May 6 to May 24, between 9am to 4pm and 9pm to 4am.
According to a notice issued by the Sarawak Public Works Department (JKR), the road is temporarily closed because of construction work being conducted on the drainage system.
Jalan Resak in Sri Aman Division (in front of Seri Simanggang Hotel) will also be temporarily closed from May 6 to May 21.
According to a notice issued by the Sarawak Public Works Department (JKR), the half-road closure is for tree felling works and other construction activities at the site.
It also advised road users to exercise caution around the construction site.
