According to him, the programme aims to provide assistance for start-ups to accelerate growth with new product or solution market-fit strategies expanding to other countries, will prepare startups with the knowledge and relationships to expand in other markets and regions.

“GMP provides a platform for high growth innovative startups to explore cultures, understand ways of business and gain international market access in countries beyond ASEAN,” he said.

He added the programme will be the first partnership with MaGIC for the Tegas Digital Village, which is in line with our mission to empower Sarawak startups to scale globally.

On the same note, MaGIC acting chief executive officer Amiruddin Abdul Shukor said through the programme, startups will learn from inspiring mentors and meet and gain access to international investors and route-to-market partners.
