KUCHING, June 24: The Sarawak government through Tegas Digital Innovation Hub (TDIH) is extending its free rental and co-working pass at its hubs in Kuching, Miri and Bintulu for programme alumni, co-working members, local entrepreneurs and students from June 28 until end of the year.
Tegas chairman Datu Len Talif Salleh emphasised that this initiative is in line with the Bantuan Khas Sarawakku Sayang 6.0 (BKSS) package announced by Chief Minister Datuk Patinggi Abang Johari Tun Openg.
“We are also providing support to local startups and social entrepreneurs regularly such as provision of free webinars, online capacity building workshops and virtual accelerator programmes such as the Tegas Pre-Accelerator Bootcamp 2021, which is now open for application,” he said in a statement today.
Len Talif, who is also the Assistant Minister of Urban Planning, Land Administration and Environment, pointed out that they will also provide opportunities for local entrepreneurs to utilise the virtual office for business registration purposes at the lowest rental rates.
Meanwhile, TDIH serves as an inclusive platform to support and empower early-stage startups and social enterprises in Sarawak.
Funded by the Sarawak government and managed by Tegas, TDIH offers access to affordable co-working spaces, entrepreneurship education and venture acceleration programmes as well as access to Tegas ecosystem partners.
