KUCHING, April 10: A group of Muslim village chiefs and community leaders (KMKK) have voiced their wish to increase the allowance rate for KMKK throughout Sarawak.

According to a report by Sarawak Public Communications Unit (Ukas), Sarawak Muslim Community Leaders Union chairman Pemanca Roshidi Junai led a delegation to pay a courtesy call to Premier of Sarawak Datuk Patinggi Tan Sri Abang Johari Tun Openg at Wisma Bapa Malaysia here today.

“Apart from the problems faced while serving, among other matters discussed during the meeting with the Premier, were related to the allowance rate, which was below the level and requested that the Premier of Sarawak consider this matter.
