KUCHING, Oct 25: It is important for Kuching voters to consider the future development of Kuching in 15th General Election (GE15).
In pointing this out, Sarawak United Peoples’ Party (SUPP) Kuching youth chief Eric Tay Tze Kok said SUPP must win back the Bandar Kuching seat to ensure more development for the city.
“Kuching District is a place with more historical buildings and cultural relics and it is my aspiration to further improve the facilities and economy in Kuching,” he said in a statement.
He pointed out that, Batu Kawah is a good example of development with the right representative in the constituency.
He said the public facilities have also been improved which can also drive the area’s economy.
“As such, I hoped that this coming GE15, the people of Kuching can give their support to obtain more funding for Sarawak to improve the quality of life of Kuching residents and Sarawakians as a whole,” he added. — DayakDaily
