KUCHING, July 31: La Promenade Mall’s new tenant, Siong How Exclusive, is offering up to 50 per cent discounts starting Aug 1.
The deals are part of the promotion for Siong How’s newly opened outlet at the mall and are applicable for selected items, including free installation, bundle add-ons with discounts, new electrical appliance models, and many others.
The exclusive outlet is Siong How’s 14th outlet Statewide, which also offered 24 items for its in-store only ‘Special Happy Hour Sales’ at 3pm every day from Aug 1 to 6.
Located at level three of La Promenade Mall with 12,000 square feet of retail space, the new outlet offers various electronic brands for customers, such as Electrolux, Haier, LG, Samsung, Beko, Alpha, Joven, KDK, Mitsubishi Electric, Morgan, Panasonic, and Butterfly.
Apart from that, as a tenant of HSL’s mall, Siong How Exclusive outlet will be part of the developer’s upcoming sales events, from festive season promos to show houses.
The new outlet was officially launched today by Siong How director KH Lo together with Hock Seng Lee’s (HSL) executive director Tony Yu.
La Promenade Mall is the commercial focal point of the estate, housing several other well-established Sarawak brands such as Black Bean Coffee & Tea, Foo Man Ting, SugarBun, Hoan Gallery, Rice King, and Zoro.
Besides Siong How, HSL’s leasing team is rumoured to announce another major tenant, K11 Karaoke, at the food and entertainment section of the mall in the next few months.
