KUCHING, Oct 9: Malaysian-born international singer Yunalis Mat Zara’ai, better known as Yuna, will be in Kuching as part of the ‘Yuna Asia Tour’ this Oct 27.
Yuna was famous in the local music scene for her hit singles, such as ‘Dan Sebenarnya’ and ‘Terukir Di Bintang’, as well as being the award winner of 27th Anugerah Juara Lagu (AJL).
She shot to international stardom when she collaborated with popular American singer-songwriter Usher for her breakout single ‘Crush’, which peaked at number three on the United States’ Billboard Adult R&B chart.
She had also collaborated with popular Korean-American singer-songwriter Jay Park for ‘Does She’ and American rapper G-Eazy for ‘Blank Marquee’.
Yuna’s Kuching stop is in line with the promotion of her fifth music album, Y5.
Organised by RK LiveAsia and Icon Entertainment, the upcoming concert will take place at Hikmah Exchange, Kuching.
