SIBU, July 2: Sibu Rural District Council has announced its latest operating hours for its service counters, which will be open from 9am to 3pm daily.
However, these counters will only accept payments related to the council.
“Physical presence at the counters is only accepted through appointments and is also confined to services that cannot be done online,” it said.
Cash payment is only accepted from 9am to 12noon.
The council added that the counters will be closed from 1pm to 2pm from Monday to Thursday and from 11.4am to 2.15pm for sanitisation.
