MIRI, Feb 12: A car caught fire early this morning along Jalan Jee Foh Utama.
The white car caught fire around 7.30am, while being driven by a 63-year-old man towards the city centre.
Seven firefighters from the Miri fire station led by PBK II Abang Muhd Fhazil rushed to the scene in response to an alert on the incident around 7.42am.
No injuries were reported in the incident, as the driver managed to exit the car after he spotted plumes of smoke coming out from the engine compartment.
The flames completely destroyed the car before the firefighters managed to bring the fire under control. — DayakDaily
