KUCHING, Oct 17: A part of Jalan Sibu-Bintulu will be closed in stages from 10pm on Oct 20 to 3pm on Oct 23, 2025.
In a notice, the Sarawak Rural Water Supply Department (JBALB) said the closure will take place at the traffic light junction of the road, as well as Jalan Tun Ahmad Zaidi Adruce.
The closure is to allow the contractor to carry out installation and construction works on the main pipe.
Members of the public are advised to exercise caution when driving in the affected areas and to follow traffic management instructions to ensure everyone’s safety.
The department also advised the public to plan their journey if passing through the area.
